Paul has lived in Mid Devon for over 20 years. He was formerly a Community Development worker with the Community Council of Devon, and is now retired. He has been an environmental campaigner for many years, with particular interests in decarbonising our energy supplies and conserving the countryside and biodiversity. He lives in Lapford with his wife.
